Affirmations can be a powerful tool to help you change your mindset. this bank holiday weekend I will give you 3 affirmations that you can use each day to start.

“I am worthy of love, joy, and a life filled with meaning.”

Trauma can sometimes leave us questioning our worth, but worthiness is never lost. This affirmation helps you remind yourself of the truth: you deserve love, you deserve joy, and your life can hold deep meaning beyond what you’ve endured.

✨ Write it down and repeat it three times today. Let it sink in, especially if the words feel hard to believe at first. Repetition builds trust in your inner voice.

🖊️ When you’ve spent time journaling, finish with this affirmation to bring your writing back to hope and self-compassion. It’s a way to remind yourself that your healing is not just possible, but that you deserve it.

Affirmations can be a powerful tool to help you change your mindset. this bank holiday weekend I will give you 3 affirmations that you can use each day to start.

“I choose to focus on the present and open myself to possibility.”

Healing after trauma often means learning to come back to the present moment. This affirmation is a reminder that while the past shaped you, it doesn’t have to define you, the present holds space for new opportunities, new ways of being, and new hope.

✨ Write it down and repeat it three times today. Let it be an anchor whenever your thoughts wander back to the “what ifs.”

🖊️ After journaling, this affirmation can act like a gentle reset, guiding you away from old patterns and into the possibility of something different and brighter.

Affirmations can be a powerful tool to help you change your mindset. this bank holiday weekend I will give you 3 affirmations that you can use each day to start.

“I create peace for myself today by letting go of what I cannot control.”

When we’ve been through something painful, it’s easy to hold tightly to the past or to things that feel outside of our control. This affirmation is a reminder to gently release that weight and make room for peace in the present moment.

✨ Try writing this affirmation down and saying it out loud three times today. Notice how your body feels as you repeat it, calmer, lighter, more grounded.

🖊️ After journaling about your experience, this affirmation helps you close the practice by shifting your focus from what feels heavy to what you can influence, your own peace.
