I am Shari Ware, a busy mum who spent many years putting everyone else ahead of myself because I believed that everyone else was more important than me and that I wasn’t deserving. It led me to a place where I was over 180 kg and in a world of pain physically, mentally and emotionally, whilst portraying the stereotypical picture of being “fat and happy” to the world. Back in 2010, after many years of being morbidly obese, I finally found my “WHY Power” which enabled me to make changes, one at a time, to release 100kg. I learned so much on my journey and one of the biggest things I learned is that it’s not about “eating less and moving more”. I empower and support busy mums just like yourself, to implement small daily healthy changes in their lives by using neuroscience to hack their brains. I’ll help you to understand why you do what you do and how to use habit science to create healthy habits in your life that serve you and to stop unhealthy habits that aren’t, in a way that’s easy, sustainable and FUN! I’ll help you to learn to love yourself along the way so that you continue to do what you need to do for you, without feeling selfish or guilty….even if it sounds impossible to you right now….enabling you to give so much more from your overflowing cup.

Day 183 🌅💜
Not every day runs at full speed — and that’s okay. After catching the sunrise, most of the day was spent resting. The universe still gifted colour at both ends — a gentle reminder that slowing down doesn’t mean standing still.

Day 182 🌅
The sky went from dull grey to glowing in minutes — big fluffy apricot-tinged clouds lighting the horizon while misty grey rolled in from the right, threatening to cover it all. It didn’t win 💪 the light held strong.

Science says moments like that matter — awe calms the nervous system and helps the body find balance.

By sunset, fiery colour danced between the trees, closing the day with gratitude.

The morning greeted me with colour and nature’s orchestra in full song — a symphony of life that always starts the day beautifully. 🎶
By sunset, the colour was shy, but even a whisper of light feels like a gift.

Day 180 🌅🐾
Colour at both ends of the day — and a little extra drama in between!

Meet Anubis (aka Noobie), the beautiful black cat I’m looking after. He’s soft, cuddly… and clearly tech-savvy. He walked across my laptop keyboard, and suddenly it wouldn’t type properly. Turns out he’d switched on the number lock key. I didn’t even know where that was. Facepalm moment! 😂

Sometimes the universe (or a cat) finds funny ways to remind us to slow down and laugh at ourselves.

So blessed to find colour at both ends of the day today 💜 The sky painted its magic from dawn to dusk, and I couldn’t stop smiling.

Day 177 🌅🤍
The sunrise was grey, so I went searching for beauty and found it in delicate white flowers instead 🌼. By sunset, colour had returned, reminding me that things always shift when the timing’s right.

Travelling has taught me that it sometimes takes a little while to find my bearings — in new places and in life. Once I do, things fall into rhythm again 💜.

Getting up for sunrise means there’s really no chance to hit snooze — and that’s actually a good thing! Did you know those extra few minutes of half-sleep can leave you feeling groggier instead of more rested? Getting up straight away helps clear that fog and sets the tone for an energised day ⚡.

Sunrise gave me colour, but sunset didn’t 🌫️ — so I went looking for it and found it in red and pink blossoms 🌺🌷.
Every day isn’t picture-perfect, but there’s always beauty hiding somewhere — we just have to notice it. 💖

Blessed with colour at both ends of the day 🙏. Travelling means lots of beautiful sunrises and sunsets, but also plenty of time alone. It hit me that while light resets my rhythm, connection resets my heart 💜.

Day 173 🌸🌅
The sunrise hid behind a sea of grey 🌫️, so I added bright flowers for a splash of colour 🌸. By sunset, the grey cleared and the sky gave me a show 🌆.

Science says smiling itself can spark your brain to release feel-good chemicals — add sunlight to that, and you’ve got a natural boost 🌞.
