Too many women are stuck in an all-or-nothing cycle — “be good now so I can indulge later,” “vacation = off the rails,” and then cue the guilt spiral. 🌀🙃

(trust me, I’ve been here too)

But when your normal habits are simple, doable, and sustainable … you don’t need a reset.

You just show up most of the time and live your life.

Holding these beautiful blooms in the heart of the West Village as I kick off three days of celebrating a milestone birthday with my closest friends who are flying in from every corner of the country—and I’m already in happy tears. 💐😭🌷🫶🏼

Ten years ago, I never would’ve guessed that we’d still be living in the same apartment and in the chaos of the biggest city at 40—but it feels absolutely magical today (well, technically tomorrow).

I’m overflowing with gratitude for the love, support and mixed group of forever friends that made this weekend here with me happen.

I *love* easy, low-mess recipes that taste great and pack in veggies—this one delivers! Check out this no-cream, cheesy chicken and veggie bake that’s hearty, nutrient-dense, and even kid-approved. 🫛🧀🍗🥦🥕

I used ’s gluten-free rotini, but any pasta works. Broccoli, carrots, and peas were my picks for vegetables—swap in your favorites.

Ready in under an hour, with leftovers to spare!

🥘✨CHEESY CHICKEN + VEGGIE BAKE 🥘✨

2 medium-large chicken breasts (raw), cut into pieces
salt and pepper
1 tsp dried thyme (or seasoning of choice)
8 oz rotini pasta
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cups chicken broth/stock
2 cups milk
1 large garlic clove, minced
1-2 tbsp (optional)
2 cups sliced/diced vegetables of choice
1 1/2 cups (tightly packed) shredded cheddar cheese

*rotini (spiral) noodles suggested because flour won’t get stuck in the shape*
�1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and thyme.
3. In a 9x13” dish, layer pasta, sprinkle flour, pour in milk and broth, add garlic and butter, then stir.
4. Top with chicken and veggies, cover with foil, and bake for 15–20 minutes.
5. Remove foil, stir in most of the cheese, then top with the rest.
6. Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes until golden and thickened.
7. Let sit for a few minutes, then serve!

If the thought of your life being exactly the same in ten years doesn’t excite you … what’s stopping you from making a change now?

It’s me, hi 👋🏼—the fear of the unknown keeping you stuck.

I’ve *totally* been here myself, on many levels.

But hear me out …

what if it all works out?
what if the risk is worth it?
what if the thing that scares you is the thing that sets your soul on fire? 🔥

The fear then seems silly, right?

I don’t have it all figured out, but I do know there is power in a decision to start small and go in easy, moving the needle forward day by day.

The scariest things often lead to the best things, so hopefully this motivates you to work towards a dream you think you’re too late for. Because it’s never too late to chase what matters.

I used to think pushing harder was the answer … until my body pushed back. 🫠😭😮‍💨

Overtraining isn’t just about sore muscles—it can stall progress, mess with your mood and leave you feeling *worse* not stronger.
