Whipped up this "coldbusting" soup on the fly and it was the BEST medicine:
Sauteed mirepoix (1 carrot, 2 celery, 1/2 onion) in xvoo
Add chopped: garlic cloves, ginger, 1 red chili and fresh thyme and 1Tbsp Tumeric. sautee till all tender
add chicken stock, bring to boil, add noodles (i used german egg noodles but use whatever you want) simmer for a few minutes
Add bok choy, chopped green onion and fresh cilantro and 1lb shrimp (or chicken OR more veg). THIS WILL CLEAN OUT YOUR SINUSES, MAKE YOU SWEAT, SOOTH YOUR STOMACH AND GET YOUR HEART PUMPING!!
