We’re being summoned by the world itself to make urgent changes to the human project. Most central is a fundamental re-visioning and reshaping of ourselves, a shift in consciousness and a realigning to the
Earth, her seasons and cycles.

The ocean is good for your body, mind and soul. The sun gives us nutrients and we always meet people swimming here to socialise with and build our listening and communication skills! We love Wednesday Vital C Club! 💕

It’s like a dance. And we have to give each being space to dance their dance. Everything is dancing; even the molecules inside the cells are dancing. But we make our lives so heavy. We have these incredibly heavy burdens we carry with us like rocks in a big rucksack. We think that carrying this big heavy rucksack is our security; we think it grounds us. We don’t realize the freedom, the lightness of just dropping it off, letting it go. That doesn’t mean giving up relationships; it doesn’t mean giving up one’s profession, or one’s family,or one’s home. It has nothing to do with that; it’s not an external change. It’s an internal change. It’s a change from holding on tightly to holding very lightly.

As we gently enter 2026, leaning into what the year ahead looks like for ourselves, I extend a warm invitation to you to SoulWoven day retreat on the 18th January.

This space will be welcoming, nourishing and full of spaciousness to expand into your body, your truth and your rhythm. I curated this event because I wanted an event that rest and slowness was honoured.

I wanted more spaces where women could show up without perfection, pretence or expectations. I wanted to offer gentle loving kindness, energetics that held people and movement that didn’t look like performance.

I want you to feel seen, heard and held and above all else, to walk away feeling rejuvenated and joyful. To feel like you can return to your life and feel empowered. Like you have a beautiful group of women walking along side you.

I would love to have you join me if you feel a stirring in your heart and body for some time to regenerate and connect with yourself and others. Head to my website and secure your ticket.
Huge love, Bianca ❤️

When the sky looks like the ocean!

Today I have planted 2 of my favourite trees (Magnolia) for 2 beautiful souls who departed earth side this week. I have cleared my veggie garden for a new beginning of blueberries and sunflowers and a bush tucker orange berry plant which I will make jam from.

I made a living alter in my garden to remind me of significant times throughout this next lap around the sun and send prayers out to the universe.

I have set up a workshop in my garage and whittled my first bird in some time to make dream weavers for people! This is going to be the most creative year I’ve had yet. Leaning into all the amazing things I love to create with my hands.

I’ve foraged the forest for more woods and swam in my spa after a walk along the beach after my morning call with a powerful group of people that I will walk beside this coming year. Today has been a good day…

Here’s to a year of creativity! Whittling away with some Huon in my new she shed workshop where my creative self can soar and dreams can come true!

“How do you survive?”
I asked the Earth.
And she said,
“By letting every ending feed the beginning.”

Wild Waratah.

Through a lifetime of self-discovery, I bring a wealth of hands on life experience to my work. I lead with love, patience and understanding and a kind heart. I inspire self love in those around me and support with a reassuring hand to hold on the journey of unexplored terrain. A person's journey of self discovery, belonging and self love are my deepest values, it’s that simple. I’m humbly honoured to be a part of that journey in someone’s life. Once you accept who you are, you become undeniable to yourself and to those you meet.

For those seeking the facts, my background spans more than 20 years in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Mental Health and Leadership. It has been an extraordinarily rewarding path. I feel extremely fortunate to be a valuable part of not only the psychological and educational development of both adults and young people within my community but of the social, emotional and energetic journey also.

I have also spent the best part of 18 years volunteering and mentoring, supporting teens, adults and the community. I have guided people to envision their goals, take action around executing them, building self love and self acceptance and all within a supportive and encouraging environment.

This leads me to the energetic journey one takes in this life. This journey has taken me far and wide and deep within. It has been nothing short of dark, challenging and painful, yet equally ecstatic, rewarding and enriching. I have explored many modalities and teachings during my 43 years and the one thing I kept coming back to was the importance we place on the mind without equally engaging the body.
