A true servant leader, Naomi consistently empowers those around her—encouraging growth, communicating with clarity, and always making time to support her team. Her thoughtful leadership, problem-solving expertise, and generous spirit make a lasting impact on everyone she works with.

Meet Hannah, one of our amazing SLPAs who brings collaboration, creativity, and a whole lot of heart to the schools 💛

👥 Why schools?
She loves working in a true team environment—collaborating across disciplines, sharing perspectives, and making therapy more effective (and way more fun!) when everyone works together.

💙 Why IEP Therapy?
The support! From continuing education to tuition reimbursement, she’s grateful to work for a company that truly invests in helping clinicians grow their skills and knowledge.

📚 Favorite therapy activity?
Literacy-based interventions are her jam! Lately, she’s been reading Amelia Bedelia with older students to tackle non-literal language—and having a blast doing it.

🎉 Fun fact!
She’s a huge The Office fan—and even got to meet Jenna Fischer (aka Pam 🖼️) in Chicago this past September. Amazing!

🌲 Life outside of work
If it’s outdoors, she’s in! Kayaking, backpacking, canyoneering, or just relaxing in a hammock—nature is her happy place. She’s also the proud human of two very sweet adventure buddies: a chihuahua and a golden retriever 🐕🐕

Today, we’re excited to shine the spotlight on Margaret, one of our dedicated team members making a difference in schools every day.

Favorite part about working in schools:
Margaret loves interacting with a wide range of professionals and seeing students daily—it’s what makes each day meaningful and rewarding.

Why she enjoys working with IEP Therapy:
She appreciates the high level of professionalism and support. Whether she has a question or a need, the IEP Therapy team is always responsive, takes time to connect, and consistently follows up.

Favorite activity in schools:
Assessing preschool students using play-based assessments! Margaret believes play is one of the most engaging and effective ways for young learners to show what they know—plus, it’s fun.

One thing she hopes all students know:

Fun fact:
Margaret previously worked at Disney World—right in the Magic Kingdom castle! 🏰

Hobbies & interests:
In her free time, Margaret enjoys reading, cooking, running, and gardening with her 7-year-old.
