There’s so much more to you than just the sensory pleasure, emotional feelings, and physical appearance.

Go deeper within yourself and you’ll find there’re more meanings and functions of your body, mind, emotion, heart, spirit and soul than you think you know.

Don’t live on the superficial level of pleasure or illusion as that’s not the real you. Go deeper to learn your true self and be truly alive. Unite yourself at all levels that’s when your true self reveals.

Many people have been wondering what the purpose of meditation is. Yes, it focuses on quieting the mind. Yes, it focuses on one single point concentrating. Yes, it focuses on going within and withdrawing all senses. Anjaneyasana, Crescent Moon or Crescent Low Lunge, is a lunging asana that’s great for beginners as it’s accessible to a wide range of physical capabilities and body type.
If low lunge strains the knees, a folded blanket can be placed under the back knee. If stretching the arms overhead is too advanced, the hands can rest on the hips or in prayers.

Kumbhakasana, Plank Pose, is an arm balancing toga asana that’s great for anyone that’s in the different stage of yoga practice. It is an essential component of Sun Salutation and can be practice on its own to build strength and stamina. 📖

Key Benefits 💓
- Tones all the core muscles of the body, such as abdomen, chest and lower back ✅
- Strengthens the arms, wrists and shoulders ✅
- Practices the body for more challenging arm balance✅
- Strengthens the muscles surrounding the spine, which helps improve posture ✅
- Helps build endurance and stamina while toning the nervous system ✅

Areas to pay attention to when practicing:
- Spread fingers wide and firmly press through 🗝forearms, hands, finger tips and knuckles 🗝
- Lengthen the back of your neck and draw abdominal muscles toward the spine 🗝
- Tuck the toes and set back feet, bring body and head into one straight line 🗝
- Keep the thighs lifted and don’t let the hips sink low or stick up high 🗝
- Hold it for at least 5 breaths with smooth breathing. To release, slowly lower into the knees and press back into Child’s Pose and relax the muscles to rest for a few breaths. 🗝
