✅ Support Yourself – Hold onto a rack or wall for balance to avoid straining your injury.

✅ Engage the Right Muscles – Push through your big toe as you lift to properly activate the Gastrocnemius (the large calf muscle).

❌ Avoid Rolling Out – Pressing through your small toe can put extra stress on your ankle and worsen the sprain.
