I believe our bodies rely on wholesome foods, adequate nutrition, clean water, regular sleep, a connection to your spirit and a mostly positive emotional state in order for us to function well and remain healthy. Factor in our misguided belief that prescription medicines are for our benefit and quality of life...well then, you get the picture. You CAN regain your health and vitality one step at a time! My own journey back to health began out of necessity. I was so toxic from years of medicines and poor eating that my body finally revolted and got my attenetion by developing strong and nearly deadly allergic reactions to the most mundane and unexpected things. I had worked for years in the "traditional" medical world with pride. I wrongfully thought I played an important role in being part of a team to help people back to health. What was really happening? Every day, people came in, waited long waits, saw a Dr. who spent less than 10 minutes with them but ordered some type of test (blood, stress, urine etc) wrote a prescription or 3 or 5 and sent them out the door while the next one was being herded in. Day after day, week after week. And you know what? It was the same people week after week. If medicine was truly healing, shouldn't they be healed? One day I'd had enough. I was a single mom of 4 kids. I had no idea what I was going to do or how I would support my kids. I just knew that system of sick care wasn't working. So, a new life began for me in natural medicine. You don't have a prescription medicine deficiency. You have an immune system to protect you if you'll give it the chance. Know your foods. You may think that in a society where food is abundant and starvation is relatively rare, that nutrient deficiencies would be a non-issue. However, in many parts of the world, including North America, nutrient deficiencies are extremely common and are often responsible for many of the symptoms and diseases people are facing today. 🎯
So how do these deficiencies occur in a world that has plenty of food to go around? ❓
There are MANY factors to consider. 💯
Mineral deficiencies have become a silent epidemic. 🤬
The way the current agricultural and health care systems are set up, along with our daily habits, it's nearly impossible for the average person to escape a mineral deficiency by mid-life (38). ( I now see deficiencies in children quite frequently) ⬇️
To escape a mineral deficiency, you would have had to avoid nearly all these mainstream issues:
Poor soil conditions due to continuous tilling practices (“strip mining”), chemical applications, and poor fertilization techniques which rip out and burn up minerals in the soil 🚜
Consumption of processed and non-organic foods that have been further stripped of their nutrients, which creates poor digestion and compromised assimilation of any nutrients that WERE present. ❌

It seems like we hear about new and more virulent pathogens coming from all sides. 👂
The increase in cell phone towers, satellites in the sky, fiber optic cables underground (even in the ocean!), "smart" meters etc. all contribute to a shift in our energetic wellbeing and make us more susceptible to the new pathogens. 😥

Isn't it funny how "calories" take the hit for weight gain? 😂
Do you know your body has a process by which it will create fat cells in order to store harmful chemicals and toxins away from vital organs when the pathways of excretion are congested? (Those pathways are the liver, kidneys, lymph, colon and lungs).
Even the foods on the perimeter of the grocery stores are contaminated with chemicals these days, but organics will still be your best bet whenever possible. 💯

What has changed for men in the last 40 years? 🤔
Besides the use of Atrazine on crops and in the water, plastics have played a huge role in the reduction of testosterone in men. 🧋
As you can see, low testosterone causes a smaller frame, smaller muscles, less body and facial hair, shorter stature, smaller pen*ses, lowered ability to reproduce, apathy, depression. 😥
Higher estrogen reduces testosterone. Think of estrogen as a "bully". Where it goes it will stay unless adequate progesterone levels are in place. ✊
Causes of low T in the blood:
ALL non organic foods (they are higher in growth hormones which are estrogen based) 💯
Lack of exercise (video games, reduced activity, desk jobs) 🎮
Chronic stress (worry, striving to excel) 🫨
Poor sleep (blue light exposure)🥱
