I believe our bodies rely on wholesome foods, adequate nutrition, clean water, regular sleep, a connection to your spirit and a mostly positive emotional state in order for us to function well and remain healthy. Factor in our misguided belief that prescription medicines are for our benefit and quality of life...well then, you get the picture. You CAN regain your health and vitality one step at a time! My own journey back to health began out of necessity. I was so toxic from years of medicines and poor eating that my body finally revolted and got my attenetion by developing strong and nearly deadly allergic reactions to the most mundane and unexpected things. I had worked for years in the "traditional" medical world with pride. I wrongfully thought I played an important role in being part of a team to help people back to health. What was really happening? Every day, people came in, waited long waits, saw a Dr. who spent less than 10 minutes with them but ordered some type of test (blood, stress, urine etc) wrote a prescription or 3 or 5 and sent them out the door while the next one was being herded in. Day after day, week after week. And you know what? It was the same people week after week. If medicine was truly healing, shouldn't they be healed? One day I'd had enough. I was a single mom of 4 kids. I had no idea what I was going to do or how I would support my kids. I just knew that system of sick care wasn't working. So, a new life began for me in natural medicine. You don't have a prescription medicine deficiency. You have an immune system to protect you if you'll give it the chance. Know your foods. Smart this and smart that....everything is "smart" these days right? 🤓
While it may be convenient to be able to control your heat settings from your smart cell phone or turn on your oven before you leave from work, these conveniences come with a cost. 💲💲💲
Aside from the "control" aspect of things, we must consider the energetic side of things. The frequencies used to create this technology can't be "seen" with our eyes but it sure can be felt! ⚡️
Headaches, poor sleep, dizziness, ringing in the ears, fatigue, muscle aches and other "flu" like symptoms are generally associated with the technology frequencies. 😵‍💫

An example "what causes EBV ?" (Epstein Barr Virus which is the "virus" responsible for Hashimoto's, mono and chronic fatigue). 🥱

One of the many problems with heavy metals is they push out vital minerals. 🫸They're a little bit like bullies. 👊

Previously, my top concerns over the years have been fatigue and unexpected weight gain. 🫩🥴
Once I got hormones straightened out those concerns went by the wayside. 👋

I won't get into the "whys" or the "where it came from" in this post. 🙃
I want to give some tips on how to navigate through the illness if you acquire it.
First, do NOT take fever reducers! That will prolong your experience! Let the fever do its job. I KNOW how awful a fever feels but I promise if you'll let your body do it's job, it will shorten the duration of misery. 🔥
Things you want to have on hand in case you acquire any of the respiratory "bugs".
A nebulizer ☑️ (Amazon)
Smart Silver (DesBio) ☑️
Mucinease (Desbio)☑️
Lung Drainage (DesBio) ☑️
Liposomal Vitamin C (DesBio) ☑️
Virimmune (DesBio) ☑️
Oil of Oregano (Micronutrients) ☑️
For the Norovirus you'll want to have Activated Charcoal on hand. (1200 mg.) ☑️
Nebulize 1 tsp of Smart Silver with 4 drops of Lung Drainage 4 times daily to keep airways open and to assist with the viral activity.
10 drops 3 times daily of Virimmune.
Mucinease 2 capsules twice daily to keep the mucous thin.

Is it a good idea to take a multi-vitamin? 🤔
Many people assume if they’re taking a multivitamin, their nutrient bases are covered. ( I used to believe this!) 👍
Ingestion does not equal absorption. 🚫 (this is true for food as well as vitamins)
Bioavailability = how well your body can actually use the substance. 💯
Is it a tablet, liquid or liposomal? Each type requires certain digestive enzymes to deliver the nutrients to your cells. A person with low HCL production will not do well with tablet forms. A person without a gallbladder won't do well with a liposomal form.👎
All nutrients require other nutrients in order to be absorbed properly. Does your vitamin have all of the co-factors? 🧐
At the cellular level, nutrients must cross membranes, be recognized by receptors, and be pulled into metabolic pathways. 1️⃣2️⃣3️⃣
If signaling is off due to toxic load, inflammation, mineral imbalance, or poor cellular communication, absorption suffers. 🔥
