I took this picture of Grace (our sister) sitting feeding her 8 week old at the weekend and unknowingly to me a butterfly was perfectly positioned behind her 🦋

The beauty of this picture just caught me by surprise as it depicts so much more than just that moment in time 💫

The butterfly feels symbolic ✨ Postpartum can be tough, and most days you don’t feel like a “beautiful butterfly.”

But motherhood has its own transformation just like the butterfly. Bit by bit, you discover a strength, a grace, and a love you never imagined you had.

To me, this picture captures nurture, growth, and the quiet power of a mother’s embrace.
