I’m so pleased I use a full wholefood alternative with nothing added.

There’s noise online about these capsules and their research being “paid for,” “poor quality,” or “not real science.” 🧐 🥱

I’m fed up with the misinformation… Because the truth is, the science behind our capsules is among the best in the world!

We have over 40 published Gold-Standard studies, which means:
✅ Independent
✅ Peer-reviewed
✅ Double Blind
✅ Published in respected scientific journals

And importantly:
👉 These are not OUR studies… When a study is published:
• The publication’s name is on it
• The research centre takes full responsibility
• The investigators put their names on it
• World-class universities, journals and scientists proudly stand behind this research.

Nothing else in the health market even comes close. We stand alone!

Between 75 and 90% of doctor’s visits are stress related.
What is that stress doing to your body?

🧠💥 What Does STRESS Look Like to Your Lymphatic System? 😰💧

You might feel stress as tension in your shoulders or a racing mind…
But your lymphatic system feels it too – and it shows up in a BIG way. 😮‍💨

➡️ Here’s what stress can do to your lymphatic system:

🔹 Slows lymph flow
🔹 Causes fluid retention & puffiness
🔹 Weakens immune response
🔹 Triggers inflammation
🔹 Makes detox less effective
🔹 Contributes to fatigue & brain fog

Think of your lymphatic system as your body’s drainage and defense network — it relies on movement, deep breathing, and rest to keep things flowing. 🌀
But when you’re chronically stressed? The flow stagnates, and your body starts sending SOS signals. 🚨

💡The fix? Support your lymph:
✔️ Deep belly breathing
✔️ Gentle movement (like walking or rebounding)
✔️ Lymphatic massage or dry brushing
✔️ Hydration
✔️ Stress management (meditation, nature, less screen time)

Your lymph system doesn’t get enough credit — but when it’s happy, you feel the difference. 🌿

5 Reasons to have Lymphatic drainage after breast surgery

💆‍♀️ 1. Reduces Swelling and Bruising

Breast surgeries can cause fluid buildup and swelling, especially around the chest, underarms, and upper torso. MLD gently encourages the movement of lymph fluid, helping your body flush out excess fluids and reduce puffiness faster.

💫 2. Prevents or Reduces Fibrosis

After surgery, scar tissue can form under the skin and around the implant. This may lead to tightness, hard areas, or irregular texture (sometimes contributing to capsular contracture). Lymphatic drainage can help break up early signs of fibrosis and keep tissues softer and more mobile.

🛡️ 3. Supports Immune Function

Surgery temporarily suppresses your immune system. Lymphatic drainage stimulates lymph nodes and improves circulation, which supports your body’s detox and immune response—a big win for post-op healing.

🤕 4. Eases Discomfort and Tension

Many people feel tightness in the chest, upper back, and shoulders after implant surgery. MLD can gently relieve tension in these areas by improving fluid flow and decreasing internal pressure.

🧘‍♀️ 5. Promotes Relaxation and Recovery

Healing isn’t just physical—MLD has a calming, parasympathetic effect on the nervous system. That means less stress, better sleep, and a more supported recovery journey.

📅 When Can You Start?

Usually, MLD is safe to begin within a few days to a week post-op, with your surgeon’s approval. But even if it’s been weeks—or months—it’s never too late to support your healing process.

🌿 How Good Is Lymphatic Drainage for Your Body & Mind? 💆‍♀️🧠
Shared with love by Vicki Hudson Wellness

If you’ve never experienced lymphatic drainage—your body might be missing out on a deep, gentle detox that leaves you feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to your well-being.

✨ Here’s what lymphatic drainage can do for you:

✅ Reduce swelling & inflammation
✅ Boost immune function
✅ Support natural detox pathways
✅ Improve circulation & skin glow
✅ Ease bloating & aid digestion
✅ Clear brain fog & calm your nervous system

💚 Your lymphatic system is like your body’s inner river, carrying away waste and keeping your immune system strong. But when it gets sluggish (hello stress, processed foods, and too much sitting), you can start to feel foggy, puffy, and flat-out drained.

The good news? With gentle techniques like manual lymphatic drainage massage, dry brushing, gua sha, or deep breathing—you can wake up your lymph and feel the shift both physically and mentally.

🧘‍♀️ Many of my clients say they feel lighter, brighter, and more at peace after just one session.

If you’re feeling “off” lately, it might not be in your head—it could be your lymph asking for attention.

🌿 At Vicki Hudson Wellness, I’m here to support your journey to radiant health—inside and out.
