High Lunge Pose – Anjaneyasana
✅ Alignment to Aim For:
🧘♀️ Spine long – lengthen from crown to heel
🔥 Belly in – activate your core
📦 Use blocks under hands for support
🦵 Front knee stacked over ankle
💥 Back leg active – lift & engage
🧲 Draw inner thighs toward midline
🌬️ Breathe and stay open across chest
❌ Common Mistakes:
🚫 Collapsing the chest
🚫 Hips rising too high or uneven
🚫 Knee going too far forward
🚫 Back leg lazy – heel sinking down
🚫 Rounding upper spine or shoulders
💡 Pro Tip:
Imagine you’re being pulled forward and up at the same time. Use strength and length together. Blocks are your besties if your hands can’t reach the floor comfortably!
