PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT LLC is a Black female-owned brand founded in 2011 and headquartered in Atlanta, GA. The wellness company develops events, content, and products that make fitness fun, affordable, and accessible to women so they can look and feel their best. A portion of profits is donated to our 501(C)3 nonprofit SWEAT MAKES CENTS to train health leaders and wellness journalists at over 30 college campuses nationwide to end childhood obesity for future generations. Due to our passion combined with our strategy for changing the face of fitness, we’ve been highlighted on television networks such as ABC, Centric, and BET as well as in several publications and websites, including PopSugar, Create & Cultivate, MadameNoire, HelloBeautiful, Daily Mail, and Upscale Magazine.

PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT Stroll + Speak started as a simple idea to get women moving, talking, and reconnecting with themselves one walk at a time. Now we are celebrating a full month of showing up together, and it has already become a beautiful Saturday ritual.

Today is my birthday 🎂🤍

When I started PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT back in 2011, I had no idea it would grow into a sisterhood that stretches across campuses, cities, generations, and hearts. I simply wanted to get girls moving... and somehow, YOU turned that spark into a movement.

As I reflect on this past year alone, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude. The joy, the connection, the stories you’ve shared with me… I carry it all. Thank you for showing up. Thank you for believing. Thank you for sweating with me.

Our transformational wellness events, digital content, and inspiring merch form a “Sweat Sisterhood” uniting women to "sweat with purpose," raise awareness for childhood obesity, become health leaders and give back to underserved communities.
