I topped mine with coconut, freeze-dried strawberries, and h**p seeds — but the fun is in mixing it up.

This might look fancy, but it couldn’t be simpler. Just melt good-quality dark chocolate, stir in any salted nuts you have on hand, spread it out, and let it set in the fridge for 20–30 minutes. That’s it.

As a plant-based nutritionist, I love this kind of treat because it satisfies a sweet craving while also delivering healthy fats and minerals from nuts—no complicated ingredients, no overthinking. Simple, satisfying, and perfect any time of year.

Sorry I’m late on posting this—everything looks so Christmas-y but you can make it today even if Christmas is passed!

Dark chocolate–dipped blueberries are one of the simplest, most delicious treats ever. I just melted dark chocolate, washed and dried blueberries, dip them halfway with a toothpick, then popped them in the fridge for about 20–30 minutes.

That’s it.
And somehow… everyone freaked out. We were almost fighting over them in my house 😂

Crisp chocolate snap, juicy blueberry center, perfectly sweet but not too sweet. If you need a quick treat that feels fancy but takes almost zero effort—this is it.

You HAVE to try these. 🍫🫐
