This is 23 weeks pregnant with my beautiful miss Delilah. I am feeling so good, so comfortable in my body. Amazing in my marriage and my ability to be a mom.

Pregnancy for me is such a beautiful experience of shedding layers, growth, and learning lessons. I am forever grateful to be a mother and to have these experiences.

It is truly so amazing how different each pregnancy is. And that in itself is such a blessing.

As I sit here today, I am filled with so much gratitude for a healthy pregnancy and the life I get to live. I am finally past the challenges of the first trimester. Thank goodness!

I can do my workouts and move my body to be healthy for me and my baby. I have such an amazing daughter and supportive husband. And I am truly so fortunate to have my mom here too. As well as Aj's family, they are such a beautiful support system for us.

I truly could not be more grateful for all that we have, expressing gratitude is a big part of my everyday.

As I sit here in my treatment room, I am filled with gratitude.

I am truly blessed in every aspect of my life. My business is amazing and growing every day in new ways.

My husband is the best partner that I could ask for. We are always growing together and deepening our connection.

My daughter is the love of my life. She is magical in every single way. She is the best part of me.

And to all of the amazing people that I have by my side that are growing alongside me, thank you. Thank you for being in my life. Thank you for being authentic, and thank you for your love.

🌸 Self-care isn't selfish; it's a form of self-love. By honoring our needs and boundaries, we teach our children the importance of self-respect and self-compassion. We demonstrate that it's okay to prioritize our well-being and that doing so doesn't diminish our love for them—it enhances it.

Something that I have experienced and that has been a reoccurring theme for many of the mothers that I know is that we put everyone else first, and then we fall apart.

Making time for our needs is not only good for us but it is good for everyone in our family. It helps enforce boundaries as well all enabling us as mothers and as wives to be able to fully give from a full and fulfilled space.

Make sure to take time for you today, no matter what that looks like.

Yesterday I had a miscarriage, I was 9 weeks pregnant. This photo obviously does not represent how we feel.

The last two nights I had some major discomfort in my abdominal area. But I thought it was from constipation.

When I woke up I had mild brown discharge that progressed to blood and clots. I went in for an ultrasound, and there was no fetus so no heartbeat, just the yolksac was visible. My heart sank.

This pregnancy felt so different, I kept saying I am pregnant right? As if I knew something was not right.

What happened to me was called a blighted o**m. Essentially an embryo never started developing. You will have a miscarriage in the first trimester, I am grateful to have had mine at this point. So I don't have to get a d and c.

The night before I lost the pregnancy I had a dream that I had a miscarriage and he fell into the toliet and I tried to pull him out, and that is almost exactly what happened, minus pulling him out because there was no fetus.

So wild...my intuition was so on point with this whole situation. But I just assumed this pregnancy was just different because they all are. I send so much love and support to anyone who has had this experience. I truly would not wish it on my worst enemy.

Excited news! I am offering a few new treatments!!

Now offering BioMicro-needling! Which is a great alternative to traditional micro-needling.

This treatment is done using spicules, which is coral calcium or sea sponges. It is mixed with a serum and massaged into the skin.

This opens little channels in the skin to stimulate collagen, reduce acne scares, reduce wrinkles and give an all over glow to the skin!

Hello my loves!! So if you have been following along with me you will see that I have very much evolved in what I offer to my clients.

I now hold group breathwork classes, I am a Reiki Master, and now I am offering retreats!

First retreat set for 2023 is an Ayahuasca retreat!! I am so excited to host this! I have been working with this plant medicine now for my own healing for almost three years now. I could not be more grateful! It has truly changed my life!
