Good morning!! ☀️
I know that most of the people on this page was here for health and fitness. While I'm still in the game ( this is day 3 of 75 Hard!), I shifted my focus over here to my plant nursery! I am STILL doing and living health, fitness, & wellness, but I need to create separate spaces for the two. So in the next few days to a week, I will separating the pages.
K-Dub's (that's me!!!) House Collective is a group made up of:

I think the best course of action is to keep this one health and fitness (will require a name change) and move my plant fam to a new page. Stay with me! It's coming!

Welp…here I go. Back home from 2 amazing weeks in my hubby’s home island: Tortola. And of course, starts tomorrow. No time to waste! Resetting and unpacking the house. Fun fact: Jan 17 will make a year in Vero Beach…and we haven’t even unpacked all the boxes from our move🤦🏾‍♀️So also purging the house of many unneeded items. PLUS, prepping for a Greenhouse Clean Out show on Monday, Jan 12. Busy girl, and GRATEFUL FOR IT! Follow along in my stories at for 75 Hard updates. Have you done it before?
