Hello my loves! Wanted to thank you all for your support and interest in Breathe with Eden! I have loved serving community with breath and cherish the impact it has had on my life. A career opportunity has opened up to me at Therapeutic Body Concepts where I have worked for the past 2 years and I have seized it! As I move into this new leadership role I have considered what I need to do to be successful and have decided to close Breathe with Eden. My spirit is still infused with the power of breath but I am redirecting my resources away from the maintenance costs of supporting a business. Thank you again for your support 💖

So excited to share space and breath on the 1st… looking for a way to bring focus and perspective into the new year? Join us!

The darkest days of the year are upon us, and the time has come for celebrations, resolutions, and a deepened sense of connection.

In the Autumn I offered a free Solstice Breathwork which I intend to continue with the changing of each season. However, December is so so busy for everyone and I wanted to make an offering that would be the most useful. My solution is that instead of gathering on the Solstice I will be offering a FREE New Year’s Day Zoom Breathwork to help kick off your year energized with breath and alignment!

This will be a Conscious Connected Breathwork session, a beautiful practice that has deep and lasting effects. We will gather on Zoom at 12noon Mountain time and the total session should last about 90 minutes. This session is completely free and is offered as my gift to you, I just require registration in advance.

After months of preparation and anticipation, New Earth Expo is finally here! Now for the absolute heartbreaker: this week I got Covid. So so sick. So while my materials and my spirit will be at the Expo, I will have to miss it. My booth will still be set up there and will be supported by my angel of a stepmom Patricia who has flown out from Victoria just so I can still show my booth. I’m gutted,but I’m so grateful for the support of my community. If you’re at the Expo go say hi to her!
