Working in a multi-disciplinary environment with narrow ties with colleagues is a very important part to get back to optimal functionality!. I completed my MSc in Biokinetics within Physical, Activity, Sport and Recreation (PhASRec) in the Faculty of Healthy Sciences at the North-West University, Potchefstroom Campus. My goals and interests include increased exposure to cardiovascular rehabilitation, prevention of chronic diseases and wellness because of the severe importance in the modern era.
