To guide us into a better Living.Thank You to every single one of you for making 2020 worthwhile.There is always a light at the end of a tunnel and always something to be grateful for. 2020 had been an unpredictable and unprecedented year which makes me more determined to never take body and breath for granted.

It is a carefully designed and practical workshop to introduce them to simple yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices to help them better manage the complexities of their daily life.
This workshop is led by a Certified Trainer who will guide them to :
- Learn how the stress response affects the mind and body.
-Learn correct postures & alignment of the body , breathing and meditation practices
- Experience a flowing yoga practice to iron out body tension and clear the mind.

World Mental Health Day

At the onset, let’s all just be happy we have reached this far, it’s been six months of the pandemic and each one of us has been through our own personal battles. The art
of being happy, and beating depression or any anxiety is to be in the ‘now.’
Easier said than done, but very possible.

Its only natural for our kids and teens to struggle as well with their own mental health, dealing with uncertainty of what the future is hiding for them.

Yoga and mindfulness has helped me a lot on dealing with my ups and downs. It can help our kids to calm down, regulate their emotions, reduce stress and anxiety.

Improving your child’s mental health from an early age can be done in many ways.

⭐️getting enough sleep
⭐️eating well
⭐️doing regular exercise
⭐️Learning breathing techniques
⭐️engaging in mindfulness activities

Baddha Virabhadrasana (Humble Warrior Pose) is an advance variation of Virabhadrasana ll(Warrior Pose ll) with the difference being that this pose is a forward bend with the hands in a bandha (lock).It is a deep hip opener as well as a balancing pose that puts pressure on the muscles around the spine to hold the body in balance. The active use of these spinal muscles strengthens the entire back and improves in its range of motion.

Belly Boat Float is a fun way to teach breath awareness, breath control, and deep belly breathing to children.

How does it help? This technique encourages slow, deep breaths .Kids love placing a paper boat on the belly and see the boat ride waves as the belly goes up and down when they breathe .It brings awareness to this point of the body, encouraging one to breathe nice and deep.
