Happy Monday! What’s everyone’s plan this week for their MEALS MOVEMENT& MINDSET? When I’m busy or traveling I need movement to be SIMPLE! I have tried to follow apps before but many are complicated and the workouts take forever. In our upcoming round of POWERSHIFT I’ll be sharing 4 new workouts that are uncomplicated but effective. And they are all under 40 min!There’s an incredible feedback loop with meals and movement. When you move your body you release endorphins and neurotransmitters that make you feel good and happy. With the proper mindset you can channel those into healthy choices for your meals. There is higher motivation to treat your body well after you have done one good thing for it. And when you eat in a way to support your body and recovery- your workouts become more fun because you have more power and stamina to contribute! Repeat this loop and eventually healthy starts to feel really fun!Are you interested in doing a round of POWERSHIFT (next round begins August 20th) but you aren’t sure you can do it?
