As the longest night of the year arrives, I would love for you to join me in sacred space to honour the turning of the wheel and the return of the Sun 🌞

We’ll begin with a beautiful & restorative heart-opening Yin Yoga practice, filing ourselves up with gratitude.✨Then we’ll awaken our spirit through dance, movement, and a Sacred Cacao Ceremony 🪶 planting seeds for the future and setting powerful intentions.✨
After a short break, we’ll dive into an extended SOMA Breathwork journey, an expansive, visionary experience designed to elevate and raise your vibrational frequency, supporting the manifestation of your hopes, dreams, and wishes, as you realign yourself with your inner wisdom and truth.✨

We’ll close with festive Pineapple Love Cake 🍍with optional coconut yogurt or brandy butter, served with warmth and celebration.

Expect an afternoon filled with fun, connection, clarity, and insight. You will leave feeling inspired and ready for the festive season ahead. Align with your heart each morning 🧡

Last night I finished the first series of Yoga & Breathwork experiences that I’m holding in my local village hall. It has been such a joy to teach this container, Returning to Centre, here in the little village I grew up in. I’m deeply grateful to the 16 souls who showed up with openness and a willingness to try something new. Building a community in this gorgeous place I call home has become a grounding part of my happiness 🌀

When we return to centre,
we return to what’s true for us.
It’s a simple remembering
of how the body, the breath
and the mind naturally work together.

When we drift away from centre,
the body notices before we do.
The breath tightens,
the posture collapses,
energy feels scattered,
and our sense of direction fades.

But when we come back to ourselves,
the whole system steadies.
The spine lifts,
the breath deepens,
the body softens and clears.
We feel aligned again—
more open, more present,
more connected to life.

Returning to centre
isn’t about getting it perfect.
It’s about remembering our rhythm
and coming back to it,
again and again.
When body, breath
and mind meet in stillness,
truth becomes simple—
it’s just there.

The enchantment of Samhain is the whisper of infinite possibility — the sacred moment when endings and beginnings entwine.

As the wheel turns once more and we return to the dark half of the year, we are gifted with the power to begin again, in any form our spirit desires.

As the veil thins and the realms of seen and unseen intertwine, call upon the wisdom of your ancestors and celebrate the eternal dance of life, death, and rebirth.
