There are so many supplements that come to mind when talking about post workout recovery like amino acids, protein shakes, sodium and other minerals.
But here is one big thing you can do to help you recover faster.
A cool down. Well, I personally don't call it a cool down I call it a recovery workout and write it as a workout. This contains three things: slow-paced cardio, stretch the main muscles worked and foam role the main muscles worked. I typically take one minute on each for three rounds. This for me works extremely well when it comes to feeling recovered and ready for my next workout!
