The mission of the Hope Council on Alcohol & Other Drug Abuse is to reduce the impact of substance use disorders in our community by providing education, prevention, intervention, and referral services. Incorporated in 1969, the agency carries out this mission in the following ways:

A HUGE THANK YOU to our friends at Apple Holler- without support from business like yours, we couldn’t do the work we do!

We had the best kind of visitor this week, Michelle from the Hope Council on Alcohol & Other Drug Abuse in Kenosha, stopped by to pick up their Picked for a Purpose donation from June! 🍎

The Hope Council does incredible work in our community, offering prevention, education, intervention, and referral services for individuals and families impacted by alcohol and drug use. Their mission is all about hope, helping people get the resources and support they need to make positive changes. 🙌

We are so grateful for the important work they do and for the chance to support them through Picked for a Purpose.

Want to help us make even more of an impact? Come grab some pre-picked apples from our store this month! Every pound sold in August helps us support our two amazing recipients: the Kenosha Literacy Council and KHDS (Kenosha Human Development Services)! 📚

Elton John is celebrating an incredible 35 years of sobriety - a powerful reminder that recovery is possible and worth every step. 💪✨

Let’s celebrate this milestone and honor all who are on their own journey of healing. 💜

Elton John celebrated 35 years of sobriety. The 78-year-old music legend shared a photo of the handmade cards he received from his sons Elijah and Zachary, sharing that he’s “grateful for all the love.”
