River Rock Sacred
This sacred river stone was used in our Warburton clinic to create the Base chakra meditation pack, which included the Lingam stone, and in its 2 alchemised forms, a vibrational essence and an essential oil synergy. Good to see it's beauty highlighted and recognised in this post, as stones are too often obscured against the 'bling' of crystals.

All our Shiva Lingams are naturally occurring formations from in the Narmada River in India.
These Lingams are called Banalinga.
Banalinga Shiva Lingam, or Narmada Lingam, is a sacred, naturally formed stone from the riverbeds of the Narmada River in India that resembles the aniconic form of Shiva. These "self-existent" lingams are not carved by humans but naturally shaped by erosion into a lingam form, with Banalingas being a naturally occurring, translucent white variety and Narmadeshwar Lingams being opaque and found in mixed shades of brown and black. They are considered highly auspicious and are worshipped through daily rituals, including Abhishek, to gain blessings and cleanse negative karma.

Developing Patience
Patience is quintessential to the study of Vibrational Balancing, energy healing practice and working in any way, within the healing arts. Discipline and patience are the two values that ultimately determine a student's or therapist's success.
It Takes Discipline
How to develop patience? Of course there are many ways, but one technique that really helped me, detailed in The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying, was to stack rocks. These are the type of activities taught in spiritual and mystery schools because they calm, and enable you to connect the intricacies your internal world. Silent, focussed and reflective practice develops both discipline and patience. Patience aligns with peace, the highest frequency and a truly effective life skill to manage change.

Essences birthed and created
Three essences made from my male dogs, Connell (Dachshund) and Orlando (Golden Retriever); and another made from the picture of rock still art and 2 accompanying poems that the rocks so inspired.
1. Essence title: ‘Pure Magic’. The magician is able to summon strength and power from all surroundings because the magician knows their own strength. Strength, power, magic summoned and creation is known and honoured.
2. Essence title: ‘Soul Meets Soul’. An essence that is transportive. Literally and symbolically, and in terms of frequency- it takes you places. The time-traveller. Able to see beyond all boundaries to soul light and soul directives. Soul meets soul. Who you really are.
3. Essence title: ‘Home’. The maker, who can pull together all threads and stories from days gone by and ancestors will forever flourish. The story unfolds and is never-ending, captured in time and loved throughout time. You are home.

Alchemical Art
First sketch of rock still life at an art class I attended, conducted by the Box Hill Baptist Church. Seemingly an exercise to explore composition, shape, tone, inter-relationships and form, I tried to bring out the rock's own song lines, or life story and essence of the rock. Poems, "Homecoming' and 'Dying to See You', came through to not only give these rock forms voice, but miraculously expressed my inter-relationship with its secrets and wisdom.
Vibrational essences will follow, for they are an energetic journal, a public record, mysteriously customised for other people's healing.

Jamie Natural Health and Healing was founded in 1997 when my dog was diagnosed with terminal (aggressive) liver cancer. We needed a healing solution- and fast. The journey into natural health and energy healing began.
Today, Jamie is an energy healing consultancy, based in Box Hill North. Our unique style of energy healing is Vibrational Balancing, designed to change energy signatures to achieve health, opportunities and real-life change. This is offered to people, groups, families, spaces and pets, as 1-1 sessions or as distant healing options. Donna began work as an energy healer in Warburton, almost 15 years ago. She has developed and continues to teach a wide range of courses and workshops that develop skills in healing; and from 2018, is excited to be able to deliver seminars to large groups on various aspects of natural healing and energy healing.
Donna has been hand-creating boutique ranges of external products since 1997. Our ranges include: skin-care, hair-care, a men’s range, products for children, massage oils, natural perfumes and colognes, essential oil blends, a healing range, soaps, a household cleaning range and of course, products for pets. The Jamie brand is all-natural and hand-made with TLC (tender loving care). Jamie has made over 3,000 vibrational essences: each Healing includes a custom-made blend and essences can be added to Jamie products on request. Donna is a pioneer in creative-essence formulation and is on the cutting-edge of vibrational medicine research.
Jamie offers regular guided meditation classes every Thursday fortnight in Box Hill North. We also hold 4 sacred-earth meditations throughout the year, at each Solstice and Equinox, which like our meditation classes, are voice-channeled and accompanied by live crystal-bowl soundscapes.
Jamie lived to the ripe old-age of 18 and continues to inspire. Many pets have followed in his footsteps, each adding unique chapters to the Jamie Story of Love.
