🌴 We did a thing.

Zip-lining was never on my bucket list. Like… not even in pencil. But when your kids want an adrenaline rush in Costa Rica, you cave (because love… and peer pressure).

Rach and Cendle? Absolute pros. Zero fear. Living their best “Tarzan” lives.
Cam and I? Fully aboard the struggle bus of anxiety 🚌😅

Seven lines.
Different heights.
Different distances.
Several moments of “I’m an effing moron”

But by the end… I was less convinced I was going to die, which feels like real growth.

Proud of us. Proud of them. Proud of my nervous system for not ejecting my soul mid-air.🇨🇷🇨🇷🇨🇷

An email from someone who was skeptial but had a connection without even trying:

What Happened During the Meditation Changed Everything,
I didn’t expect anything to happen.
I sat down for the Spirit Activation meditation because I was curious — not convinced.
Part of me was hopeful. The other part was bracing for disappointment.

But something shifted when you guided us to “see Spirit.”

My chest got warm.
I felt pressure in my ears — like I was underwater.
Then a memory came in… and then, a name.
Amanda.

My sister.
Gone since 2019.
I didn’t ask for her.
I didn’t expect her.
But there she was.

In my mind’s eye, she was smiling and standing barefoot in flowers, the way we did when we were little. And she said something so simple it undid me:

“You didn’t lose me. Here I am."

I started crying — the ugly, breath-catching kind.

I thought maybe it was just imagination and I felt crazy, not gonna lie. I told my mom what happened.

She said: “Amanda’s favorite flowers were daisies. You know that, right?”
I did but that hadn't even crossed my mind AND they were daisies in the vision. Hooooooly s**t!!!

I knew in that moment:
This isn’t pretend.
This isn’t new age fluff.
This is real. Spirit is real.
