Your health is in your hands, and you must always be an advocate for yourself. After all, this is your body, and you know it best! God has blessed us with these bodies. Do you realize that everything starts in the gut? Healthy gut= healthy body and mind. I never knew that until this past year, where I have experienced my own health journey, and because of that enrolled in nutrition school. Now is the time to heal our bodies. Do not wait until something is wrong. Yet, do not be discouraged if something is going on already. It is not too late, there is always hope. We know our bodies best. We must be our own advocates. Think outside of the box. This is where I come in- to help and guide. Why am I so passionate about this topic? In 2016 I found a lump in my breast and was diagnosed with breast cancer. What a year this has been. Can I say “Wake up call”? I am grateful and extremely passionate about sharing what I have learned. Why is the mentality that doctors have all the answers? If they did, I would not have struggled with hormonal issues for the last 14 years, that may have contributed to the cancer. Two weeks of the month I felt great, and the other two I was depressed and emotional. I was told, it was just PMS. That is just how it is… you can go on the pill, or on anti- depressants. Forget that! I have no interest in band-aid solutions, the pill to “fix” the issue. No thanks, because that pill will cause something else. Why was this happening? What is the CAUSE? Jane, what do you eat? No, those questions never came up. My question is why not? Those should have been asked at the beginning. I am asking you to open your minds to another way of thinking. Do not get me wrong, doctors have their place. Yet, we must begin asking questions. If you do not like the answer, then be proactive and work towards finding help. The main question to ask yourself is what is the condition of your gut. I feel that we can all use help in this area. It really is as simple as that. What a great place to start! I would be honoured to work alongside to help you achieve your health goals. I have followed my gut and the guidance of the Lord. Stick with me, and I will share my journey, my unconventional choices, and light bulb moments. We have the opportunity to live our lives passionately, with health and happiness. It is up to us, and the choices we make daily. My desire is to help you achieve this. Let’s do this together, and get results!

God created you to live forever. That’s why your body rejects death with all it's got. It fights death. It doesn’t like death one bit. Your body does everything it can not to die. It was created to rejuvenate itself and fight off sickness and disease. Why? Because God created you to live.

Your body was created to line up with the Word of God. It was created to obey you—and the truth is that the body works better when you’re obeying God. Proverbs 23:7 wasn’t put in the Bible for nothing. It says, "For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he." That Scripture is as true as true can get. Your physical body reacts to what your mind is producing. Your brain is hooked up to the rest of you, so whatever you’re thinking affects the rest of you. It sends signals out that tell your body what to do. God created it to do that.
