After another beautiful Sunday with Nat facilitating Yin and sound, I would like to say thank you to all the wonderful souls that came to share in that space and connect.

After our session I found myself a tree, opted for silence, and decided to spend some time looking up, going within and nourishing my soul. I do enjoy holding space, and after holding space for others, it was a great opportunity to hold space for myself… or let nature do the healing.
