If you’ve had a heart attack, stroke, or another serious heart-related emergency within the past 5 years, you may qualify to participate in a 60-minute web-assisted interview.

Eligibility includes:
• Men who experienced the event at age 55 or younger
• Women who experienced the event at age 65 or younger
