Exercise during or after cancer treatment? Yes, but make it yours.
Listen to your body. Start small. Celebrate any movement.

You don’t need a gym—you just need you. Even 5–10 minutes of light activity can boost your mood, improve sleep, and help with fatigue.

🌍💛 It's International Day of Friendship!

Tag a friend who’s made your journey a little easier. Let them know they matter – today and every day. 🌼🌸

Today, we celebrate the friendships that lift us up, make us laugh, and remind us we’re not alone.

For adolescents and young adults facing cancer, friendship can be a lifeline – whether it’s a text at just the right time, a ride to treatment, or simply someone who gets it.

Protect your energy. 💡

Treatment can be draining, so set boundaries and protect your peace. It’s okay to say no to things that exhaust you and yes to what fuels you. 💛

☀️ July is UV Safety Awareness Month – and it's especially important for adolescents and young adults to stay sun smart.

Whether you're hitting the beach, hiking with friends, or just enjoying the outdoors, UV exposure adds up – and early skin damage increases your risk of skin cancer later in life.

🌤️ Quick tips to protect your skin:
🧴 Wear sunscreen (SPF 30+).
🕶️ Rock those shades.
🧢 Grab a hat.
⏰ Avoid peak sun (10 AM–4 PM).

Your skin is with you for life. Protect it now, thank yourself later. 💛
