Whether you're hitting the beach, hiking with friends, or just enjoying the outdoors, UV exposure adds up – and early skin damage increases your risk of skin cancer later in life.

🌤️ Quick tips to protect your skin:
🧴 Wear sunscreen (SPF 30+).
🕶️ Rock those shades.
🧢 Grab a hat.
⏰ Avoid peak sun (10 AM–4 PM).
