It’s that time of year! As the days are getting shorter and the weather is cooling off, there is a marked uptick in patients cancelling due to illness. Please remember, per our clinic cancellation policy, we do require 24hrs notice for cancellation.
Appointments are set aside and dedicated to the patient who is booked in, but there are often others who are desperate to get in earlier. With enough time to reach out to them, I can almost always fill those spots.
Failure to provide 24hrs notice to cancel will result in a charge of the cost of your visit. This policy applies to Chiropractic, Animal Chiropractic and Massage Therapy visits. The fee is an out of pocket expense, as insurance companies will not reimburse this charge.
I do understand that unexpected things happen, and occasionally we are not aware we are feeling unwell until the day of, so please reach out to me to discuss your situation when needed.
