📣 Now Enrolling: Mental Health First Aid Certification

Join us at LifeBalance for a two-day Youth Mental Health First Aid training, designed for adults who support adolescents or youth.

📅 Dates: Wednesday, August 6 & Thursday, August 7
🕤 Time: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM each day
📍 Location: LifeBalance, 323 Gonic Rd., Suite 2A, Rochester, NH
📝 Register by: Friday, July 25

We want to thank the Greater Rochester Community and all of those who have been attending and active within our Mental Health Alliance Community. We had our last community meeting for this season on June 25th. We had 30 attendees. We are so grateful for the Rochester School District and all the work they have done with mental health within our schools and community. Jacqui Shirey gave us a recap of the year. Josh Colwell presented as an agency spotlight with Addiction Recovery Services. We will see you all in the Fall! Have a great summer. 😊
