The Dawn Lister Therapy Centre is situated in the centre of Leigh On Sea. Our qualified and experienced therapists are here to offer support throughout life's challenges. Whether that be at a time of change, personal or relationship challenges, poor health, recovering from an illness or as a regular time slot just for you, a way of checking in and taking care of your wellbeing, both physically and mentally. We at DLTC understand that the body and mind are inextricably intwined and encourage our clients to use a whole variety of services that allow them to experience healing from the inside out. We offer psychological services for adults and children, in the form of psychotherapy, counselling, art therapy and hypnotherapy. And embodied practises such as sports and remedial massage therapy, cranial sacral therapy, reflexology, body treatments for pre and post natal.
