This is the part people don’t talk about:
When your relationship is good… but you’re not.
When nothing is actually wrong, but you’re still overthinking his tone, replaying conversations and wondering if something’s about to change.
It’s easy to tell yourself:
“It’s fine, I’ll just manage it”
“This is just how I am”
“It’ll settle eventually”
But it doesn’t.
It just gets bigger.
And over time, you realise you’re living under the constant pressure of trying not to “ruin” something that actually matters to you.
And this is the window where doing the work matters most.
Not when everything has fallen apart.
Not when the relationship is already strained.
But now, while it’s still good.
