Acupuncture can be as simple as using ear seeds (auricular therapy). They are simple and yet so effective.
Different point prescriptions can be created for different issues.

If you look at the ear, you can see that it kinda looks like an upside down baby! All the body parts have a spot on the ear (similar to how reflexology sees the feet 👣 and hands✋🏽)

Tuesday is clinic day for me…

I’ve got the bed warmer on, TDP laps on and am ready for my patients to come and cozy up for some TLC today 💗

When is the last time you took a moment for yourself to just decompress?

I have *also* been working and sharing about this for over a decade as well.

My 15yr old son was diagnosed with a severe lip tie and tongue tie when he was 8mths old. That began my journey of navigating oral restrictions as a practitioner and offering bodywork (acupuncture/acupressure/Craniosacral therapy) to support babies and children.

Bodywork can help to relax tight tissues that may be impeding normal movement and growth. We also can work with the nervous system if there has been any trauma experienced from poor development, pain or procedures.
