Vivo Wellness Feel change is about taking health in your own hands with tools to prevent injuries and improve musculoskeletal health issues in real time.

In each training session whether it's an individual or group session. I focus on training in the safest way possible in order to use the correct technique to target all the areas of your body to live a better quality of life. I focus on offering a variety of exercises consisting of the following:

*Functional training(Movements used in everyday life)
*Isolation(Targeting individual weak muscle groups)
*Stress Relief
*Flexibility
*Stabilizing of muscles(Reducing injuries with correct technique)
*Focusing on your individual needs and goals

My sessions will focus on limiting your chances of injury and maximize your bodies capability to become fit, healthy,strong and flexible.

Our Story

Welcome to Vivo Wellness, a unique group fitness training program designed to increase productivity at the workplace. Vivo Wellness collects data from interviews and surveys taken for the duration of the program to establish member satisfaction and participation, which will help identify how the Wellness Program is impacting members and discover insights to increase value proposition.

We recommend a campaign duration of minimum 4 months to achieve optimal and measurable results. Team building fitness • Team building and icebreaker exercises for collaboration and connection • Set fitness, weight & body fat loss challenges. With increase in collective challenges forms a connection between members • Techniques on how one can look after oneself through stretches, fascia release and training • Improved mobility for better quality of work & life resulting in connectedness to others Express release treatment (15min) • Helping blood flow in static environment, improves stress relief and aids in cultivating a calm and productive environment • Relaxed workers are more likely to co-operate with each other, lower both anxiety and hostility and improve the work environment for everyone • Massages has been proven to help the body enter a tranquillising rest and recovery state allowing for a open conversation on what members seek from a Wellness/office environment
