For a long time, my work has been about helping women move well, breathe and feel strong.

What I’ve learned is this: strength and yoga alone are not enough. We’re multi dimensional creatures and o r well being is so much more complex that’s just one thing.

Midlife requires context. Education. Nervous system support. Progressive overload that respects your current capacity. And a place where you don’t feel like you’re figuring it out alone.

In 2026, I’m expanding my offerings to include more personalized coaching experiences alongside my classes.

Same foundation.
Deeper support.
More integration.

Because this phase of life deserves more than fragmented advice.

It deserves a steady plan and a supportive community. f you’ve been craving more personalized support in this phase of life, I’ll be sharing details in the coming weeks.

The first invitations will go to my email community. 💌 you can get on the@list at the link in my bio! âŹ†ïž.

Monday motivation on Tuesday."

The ultimate flex really is flexibility. Flexibility is your superpower.

Psychologically, flexibility is strongly associated with resilience and lower anxiety. In movement science, variability builds capacity. In strength training, progressive overload works because we adapt to what’s in front of us — not what used to be.

If this resonates, I share more reflections like this (and practical tools) in my newsletter — body-led, evidence-based, and designed for this chapter.

It’s been awhile since my Yoga festival days — my heart needed this. ‘‘Twas a happy coincidence I’m grateful for; the opportunity to fortify my soul (and warm my bones). It’s hard not feel the love with MC Yogi on the stage.

This is what I see over and over again with midlife women:

Change doesn’t come from pushing harder or chasing results.
It comes from the agency.
From learning how to shift your internal state through movement.
From returning to practices that help your body feel safe, familiar, and aligned.

That’s why sustainable strength isn’t linear.
It’s relational.
It’s built through trust—rep by rep, breath by breath, return by return.

Movement gives so much back when life feels overwhelming.
Especially when it helps you come home to yourself.

If this resonates, my newsletter is where I share the deeper layers—how somatic strength supports your nervous system, your confidence, and your long-term consistency.

February is American Heart Health Month, so this topic feels a little personal to me.

When my cholesterol numbers rose in midlife, it caught my attention—especially with a family history of cardiovascular disease.

What helped most was learning that menopause doesn’t change one thing. It changes many things at once: hormones, sleep, stress tolerance, nervous system load, metabolism.

Heart health at midlife isn’t about panic or perfection.
It’s about understanding the full picture—and responding with care.

This is the lens I bring to movement, strength, and nervous system support.
Because your body isn’t failing—it’s communicating.

Save this for later 💓
Midlife movement isn’t about pushing through. It’s about tuning in. My emails show you how.

Perimenopause is not a problem to solve—it’s a transition to understand.

For many women, this phase begins earlier than expected and unfolds over years. Sleep disruption, shifts in mood and energy, changes in body composition, and altered stress tolerance are not signs that something is “wrong.” They are signs that your body is reorganizing—and asking for a different kind of support.

When we engage with this transition intentionally, the outcomes change. Consistent movement, strength training, and nervous-system-supportive practices are strongly associated with steadier energy, improved sleep, and a more resilient stress response during midlife.

This is the work I do with women:
helping them build practical skills, embodied awareness, and confidence so they can work with their changing physiology—not against it.

If you’re interested in learning more about how I support women through perimenopause and midlife, I share education, reflections, and updates on upcoming offerings through my newsletter.
