We are looking for a reliable, friendly, energetic person for the full time position of Office Manager/Optometrist Assistant. Insurance and computer skills are a plus, but we are willing to train. Must be able to multitask, in a sometimes fast paced office setting.

Duties include BUT are not limited to: general office operations management, greeting patients, answering multiple phone lines, filing, scheduling appointments, pre-testing, taking medical history, testing, billing insurances, assisting with lens and frame selection, repairs and adjustments of glasses, dispensing eyewear, and contact lens insertion and removal.

Wages and benefits will be discussed during an interview.
