Spanish Bike Ride Breakfasts… All our breakfasts are included with the bike rides. While there is usually a large buffet selection to choose from, here is what my typical pre-ride nourishment looks like.

PRIORITIZING PROTEIN to fuel muscles, keep blood sugar stable, provide essential amino acids for happy moods and smart brains, and supply cholesterol for hormone production, just to name a few.

1. Eggs with yolks: protein, fats, cholesterol
2. Fresh cheese: protein, fats
3. Plain yogurt and nuts: protein, fat, carbs
4. Salmon or cured ham: protein, fats, salt
5. Coffee with milk: protein, fat, carbs, caffeine
6. Bread: carbs

OOPS that's an UH-OH!!! It didn't work out so well in the long run for me.

SO.......

I got educated at, and made it my JOBS to NARRATE what I am FEELING and to MOVE MY BODY, and TALK, TALK, TALK (COMMUNICATE) about EMOTIONS, FEELINGS and the mind, body, spirit connection. And use MOVEMENT as a form of emotion processing where we can by-pass the drama of the mental stories and simply be with the sensations of our feelings and emotions aka energy in motion.

It's working out so much better for me! And I'm so grateful to get to share these teachings and practices in CONNECTION with others.

WOVEN YOGA/FITNESS MAT
Huatulco is known for having talented textile creators. I was in need of a better yoga/fitness mat, so I had a local shop make me a woven cotton mat.

I LOVE IT!!

It's soft, WASHABLE, soaks up my sweat, isn't slippery, all natural, feels very grounding!

Breath: The First Pathway Home

Breath is the original teacher. The first thing we receive when we enter this world, and the last thing we release when we leave it.
The English word inspiration comes from the Latin in spirare — “to breathe into,” or more poetically, “to breathe in spirit.”

Every inhale is an invitation to reconnect with something larger than ourselves. Every exhale is a letting go of what no longer belongs.

In Embodiment of Breath healing, we work with the breath not as a mechanical function, but as a living guide.

Breath reveals where we are holding, where we are bracing, and where life has asked more of us than our nervous system could carry.

It shows us the places within that have been waiting—sometimes for years—to be acknowledged.

With each intentional breath, we begin a pilgrimage:
• Inhale: toward presence
• Exhale: toward surrender
• Inhale: toward truth
• Exhale: toward release

This rhythmic movement softens the terrain of the inner world. It makes the journey walkable again.

Breath becomes the bridge between the seen and unseen, the physical and the energetic, the human and the divine.

It’s Saturday. You have no plans. You could rest, read, or do nothing.

But the guilt creeps in. You should be working on that project. Answering emails. Getting ahead. Doing something useful.

So you rest, but you don’t actually relax because you’re thinking about everything you should be doing.
Or you just work through the weekend to avoid the guilt entirely.

You’ve been conditioned to believe your worth is tied to your productivity. That rest is something you have to earn.

But your body doesn’t care about your to-do list. It needs rest whether you feel you’ve earned it or not 🌿

They burn out because the same traits that make them successful, like discipline, drive, and high standards, are the same traits that make them ignore their body’s warning signs.

😴 Tired? That’s just part of growth.
💼 Stressed? Everyone successful is stressed.
🌙 Can’t sleep? I’ll sleep when I’m dead.

Your body sends whispers first: fatigue, trouble sleeping, digestive issues, brain fog.
Most high performers ignore those whispers until they become screams.

Here’s what I’ve learned: the same drive that got you here can be redirected.
Instead of using your discipline to push through, you can use it to actually take care of yourself.

One of the biggest signs your gut is unhealthy is when your digestion changes dramatically during stress.

Notice this pattern?
When you’re calm: digestion works fine, no issues.
When you’re stressed: suddenly bloating, cramping, irregular bowel movements, nausea, or loss of appetite.

This is your nervous system and gut communicating. Stress literally shuts down digestion. You move from “rest and digest” mode to “fight or flight” mode. Your body stops prioritizing digestion because it thinks you’re in danger.

If stress consistently disrupts your digestion, two things are happening:
1️⃣ Your nervous system is dysregulated and stuck in stress mode too often.
2️⃣ Your gut has become sensitive and reactive because it’s not getting consistent support.

You can’t fix this with probiotics alone. You need to support the nervous system too. That’s where breathwork and nervous system regulation come in.

Hi, I’m Stephanie ☀️

I work with people who look like they have their life together but privately feel like they are one bad day away from falling apart.

I have spent years learning about nervous system regulation, Ayurvedic healing, breathwork, addiction recovery, and the many ways our bodies store stress we do not even realize we are carrying. I have a lot of certifications and training hours, but the most important lessons came from my own messy journey of learning how to actually take care of myself.

What I do is not complicated. I help people regulate their nervous systems, understand what their bodies are asking for, and build practices that fit into real life, not just Instagram worthy routines.

Sound baths. Breathwork. Ayurvedic guidance. 1:1 support. All of it is designed to help you feel less like you are constantly running on empty and more like you have capacity for what actually matters 🌿

You do not need to be ready or have it all figured out. You just need to be honest about where you are and willing to try something different.
