We’ve had a lot of fun creating some new ways to show our Hammer & NER pride! 💙

Our official Hammer & NER Storefront is now live, featuring branded apparel and gear designed for everyday wear—at work, in the community, and beyond.

Whether you’re part of our team or a longtime supporter, it’s another way to celebrate the mission and the people who make Hammer & NER what it is.

Game night, Minnesota style! 🏒❄️

Recently, Jenny, Ruth, Katie, and Chris headed out for a fun night at a Minnesota Frost game. Jenny, Katie, and Chris attended alongside Ruth, a Lead DSP at our Stone Creek apartment program, for an evening full of great hockey, big cheers, and even better company.

Moments like these—getting out in the community, sharing experiences, and just having fun together—are what it’s all about. Thanks for making it a night to remember! 💙🥅

We’re proud to join ARRM’s challenge and help highlight the real impact of Medicaid waiver services.

Waiver services are about more than funding — they support independence, community inclusion, meaningful relationships, and opportunities that make everyday life possible for the people we support and the teams who support them.

We invite you to join us in sharing what waiver services have meant to you, your family, or your work.

Today we honor Martin Luther King Jr. and his enduring call to build a more just, inclusive, and compassionate world.

At Hammer & NER, Dr. King’s vision reminds us why our work matters — supporting people to live full lives, be valued for who they are, and have opportunities to thrive in their communities. We are grateful for the chance to carry forward his legacy through service, advocacy, and care for one another.

“Everybody can be great, because everybody can serve.”

Happy Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Last night, we gathered to wish Ted all the best as he begins a new chapter. 💙

After being supported by Hammer & NER for just under 40 years, Ted is moving out of state to be closer to family. While saying goodbye isn’t easy, it was incredibly meaningful to come together to celebrate Ted and the many connections he’s made over the years.

Friends we support, members of Ted’s family, and staff filled the room with stories, laughter, hugs, and well-wishes—an evening that truly reflected the community Ted has been such an important part of.

Ted, you will always be part of the Hammer & NER family. We wish you nothing but happiness, love, and new adventures ahead. 💫
