If you’re consuming less calories (energy) than your body needs (i.e. calorie deficit) then@you are going to be hungry here and there. It’s perfectly natural and expected. Having 30
Minutes or even an hour of hunger pangs a day is ok. It’s not ok to starve or be weak from hunger but it is perfectly fine to feel hunger and not rush to eliminate that feeling. And by the way if you’re never hungry I bet you’re probably not losing weight…

I’m not saying that you have to cook copious amounts of chicken breast, rice and broccoli weeks in advanced in nicely divided Tupperware… but before you go to sleep tonight make sure you know what you are going to eat and when. You can’t wing this. It won’t work.
