Pilates Equipment & Mat classes for EveryBody: young, old, unfit, triathelete, pregnant, over 60s, lazy, injured... We can do it together, I promise :)

Classes ONLINE ONLY Weds 9.30, 5.30, & Fri 9.30. I give you individual attention, & am experienced at teaching via Zoom. I have a Diploma of Pilates Instruction, and over 13 years experience teaching in one of Adelaide's leading studios (www.queenstpilates).
