Hello friends & friends I havent met yet!! Im a small business owner with multiple part time jobs right now and would like to market my services to help each other reduce stress and grow as a community. Stillness can be the hardest pose in the beginning because it allows all the uncomfortable thoughts and emotions to rise to the surface. People spend a lot of time distracting themselves from their s**t.. and what can't flow will create dis-ease. The body has wisdom of its own. We THINK we know better and sometimes we just need to rest and get out of our own way. When we allow the "control" of the problem solving mind to step out of the way, the body can do its job and heal. Restorative yoga is the practice of shedding the layers, and letting go of the tension in the mind and body. Allowing the energy to flow through us and process unresolved emotions.

Breakfast! Reimagined!
When you get burnt out on eggs & and bacon, try something new! Filling, flavorful, and gut friendly!
Surprise to some, im not a vegan. I'm more about what's right for individual health and sometimes we get stuck in habits or hyperfixation meals because our mind is overwhelmed. Harvest season is upon us, and sweet potatoes are easy to prep. Bake a few or more at a time and stick in the fridge until ur ready to prepare it. Lmk in the comments your favorite toppings!

Gratitude practice I learned about 5 years ago during a 30 day meditation program for abundance. Part of that is being grateful for what you already have. It's easy to get caught up in what we don't have until we have a bunch of these pieces of paper floating around in a purse or drawer. These small reminders that get thrown to the side.. one small practice to clean up:

🌟Take a moment to reflect on what that purchase was and how it may have helped you.
🌟Write THANK YOU! on the back of each one and sit with your pile for a few mins while meditating on "Gratitude and appreciation for the little things"
🌟Then when you're ready put them in their proper waste receptacle. Personally, I like to burn paper/cardboard. There's symbolic meaning and also it's quicker than letting more trash go to the landfill. Plus, all my ashes go back into the compost... from wealth to health. 🔥

It's all a practice of the mind. Give it a try and let me know what comes up for you!
