We are happy to share an infographic report from the Yoga Cikitsā wing. Our initial study has established a clear connection between regular practice and improvement in sleep, energy, and appetite parameters, as well as reduced dependency on medications. Such results continue to offer validation of the authenticity and potential of the KYM approach to Yoga-Cikitsā, following the foundation laid for us by Śrī TKV Desikachar.
