Join us for our upcoming Chai &Chat art-based therapy session happening this January 31st online from 2PM to 4PM. Neurographic doodling is a gentle, therapeutic drawing technique that combines psychology, mindfulness, and creative expression. It is also is a free‑flow drawing practice based on making organic, interconnected lines and shapes. The goal is not to create a “perfect” drawing—it’s to help your brain relax, rewire patterns, and express inner thoughts non‑verbally. Our own resident artist and psychotherapist Shradha Ahmed will guide this session.

Open to women and girls of all ages. You will just require some paper and pens/pencils/ crayons. More details will be given closer to the event. If you want to attend, register below. We will send you a zoom link closer to the day. Register here: https://forms.office.com/r/6qhxCmZzn3

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our second round of sessions for A Matter of Balance where our seniors joined us to learn and practice safety practices to avoid falling. Minnesota ranks second in the nation for fall-related deaths among adults 65 and older, with numbers climbing faster than the U.S. average.
