THE DEADLIFT: THE UNSUNG HERO OF CROSSFIT

If there’s one lift that shows up everywhere in CrossFit, it’s the deadlift.
Simple on paper. Brutal in practice. Essential for performance.

Why the deadlift matters on its own:
• Builds raw, functional strength from the ground up
• Trains posterior chain power — glutes, hamstrings, back
• Improves posture and protects your spine when done well
• One of the best indicators of overall strength and athletic potential

WEEK 4 of our SQUAT CYCLE and the PACK is moving strong!

Today we dialed in not just strength, but solid technique— building better movers, safer lifters, and more confident athletes.

We wrapped it up with some spicy core accessory work, because balance is everything.
