Hello everyone!!
I hope you are all well and getting used to the new circumstances under coronavirus environment.

I have a few notices today and one notice is a pretty big one .
Firstly,
I am very sorry about not updating my timeline for a long time but my site is currently having problems with third party matters there are people who I don't know who are putting their photos on my business page
I didn't realize till recently as I suddenly got so many likes from strangers and found out some woman from overseas are putting their photos of themselves on my page
When I use my IPhone, it seems ok but when I use Samsung phone with Android, my site seems to have problems.

I reported this to the Facebook help center but unfortunately I can't do anything to solve this issues yet .I have been trying to figure out how to protect my site from strangers but still no luck and it's very frustrating.
Please if you see these photos on my site ,THEY ARE NOT US!!! Please report them to Facebook reports center.
It would be much appreciated.

Second big notice is ,
I decided to leave Westmere Seven Senses Wellness Center.
I had been thinking a lot about my life during lock down periods and I thought it's time to shift my lifestyle to a new direction.
A Few years ago, I changed my website aiming to do Wellness coaching more .but ,unfortunately (and fortunately, )my clinic has been too busy and I couldn't get a chance to do it.
It has been in my head over the years but I never had time before to even think about this 🤔
Anyway, these last few months , I finally decided it's time ⏲.

I will still work for my existing clients but I will slow down a little and I will use my 15 years of experience and skills to do some teaching .
I would like to do 3 things

1)Massage training for families/New graduates/ Therapist who wants to improve their business.

2)Fitness coaching for people who don't have confidence to go to gym. I will help you how to control your muscles to be able to feel good about yourself again!

3) Healthy Japanese Cooking lessons and Work shop.

I will teach you (and your family and friends ) all my knowledge of "how to cook Japanese( Asian fusion )dishes at your house or work place (as long as you have a kitchen )

When I moved to Auckland, I didn't know many people and by chance, I met them across the road and they showed me the room.
I had been there since 2013 th and it was big decision to leave there as it's like I'm leaving my home .
They had been my rock since I started business at the Center.
They encouraged me over the years and helped me unconditionally.
I never forget when my father passed away, 😢 they came over across the road to my place with full of goodies to take to Japan and they even asked me If I have enough money to travel.
They touched my heart time to time and their encouragement drove my success.
Without their support and kindness, I would never be successful like I am now.

I am in Whitianga till 3rd week of January working for my daughter who is also therapist but my existing clients and families and friends are welcome to book in Whitianga .(We are both fully vaccinated and our type of work is close contacts and under red and orange light restrictions ,We only accept 2weeks after fully vaccinated clients. )

I set up my treatment space in our backyard garden and I will operate there from end of January for my existing clients in Auckland.

Happy New Year everyone!!
I would like to say thank you very much for all your support and loyalty over the years especially last year with so many changes due to the world Corona virus.
My clinic has been so busy because of my wonderful existing Clients who keep referring me to their friends and family.

I’m very sorry about not updating you for a while...
I have been taking booking since level 1 for the people who missed out on treatment before and during the lock down and going forward I am now open for bookings for everyone from this week.

Last 6 months
The world changed dramatically ..
Many of us experienced how suddenly everything could change the circumstances of living.
I can only imagine how difficult for those who lost their loved ones ... also huge changes of life styles due to loss of the jobs
I pray for all of you and your family and friends.

I think we still have to be very careful about this virus and best to keep up our immune system to be strong ...

Hello everyone
I wasn’t sure about how to write the New Years message since I have known about people and so many animals are having such a hard time in the horrified circumstances under the Australia’s bushfires.
They are our neighbours...

While I’m having wonderful summer holiday here in Whitianga..so many people are struggling with many conflicts not only Australia but all of the the world...

Last nigh, I woke up at midnight, couldn’t go back to sleep to think about what the world bring us to 2020

By now still so many people who don’t have enough security to live even in NZ ...
Many struggle and suffer.so,
I went to out to the garden and saw the sky.
Only I could see was most beautiful shining stars..feeling of the crispy clean air , most quiet peaceful space to be in....
We are living most beautiful planet yet why people still can’t be the same ...

Poco a poco, little by little is what I have been doing by now.
2020 ,
I feel more to do to act , more to do something for contributing for better change for other’s and our “Mother Earth...”
I don’t know the answer yet but that’s my commitment for this year.
I deeply appreciate all of you , my wonderful clients and my work colleague. Seven Senses Welles Center owner Mat and Tama .
All what I have in my life now .
I am also praying for the rain to get relief the bushfires in Australia.

Hello everyone.
The weeks past so fast here in Japan .
Last day tomorrow and yes....we had a fantastic time seeing my mother and family. It is so important to connect with our roots where I come from.
It was a huge relief to see my mother's smiles which makes me incredibly happy and fills my heart and soul with joy.

It has been more than 25 year's since I left Japan and have been living in NZ. But my heart will always belong to both of countries and I will continue my adventure called life.
Very sad to leave my mother and family (friends)and very happy to see my family/friends in Aotearoha New Zealand.

Hello everyone!!
I hope that you are having an awesome day .

I’m in Whitianga untill Monday and working from Tuesday ( sorry On Tuesday I am only available from 2:30-3:30 the rest of the week I do have some available bookings including the weekend please book in advance to prevent any disappointment of missing out!

I am so happy that many clients are enjoying the new massage table !
It is adjustable which makes it more comfortable for pregnant clients.

I am also using new beautiful essential oils and they make the room smell wonderful and make the room such a lovely place to be in.

This month I am feeling that many clients are going through uncomfortable circumstances at work and many other environments and maybe going through grief from changes in their lives
Plus , spring changeable weather creates tiredness..

So, I will put a monthly special on for a healing journey treatment.

This treatment is a combination of a upper body massage ,using essential oil, Aura soma colour essence , energy balance, Singing bell, which focuses on the Ki -energy lines . Some clients experience an emotional release...

Often I believe the stress creates muscular tensions.
This treatment helps release body tension and creates more Ki energy to flow through the body.

Hope all of you had a nice weekend.
For me it was a very sad few days as my dear friend and mentor Wade Doak passed away ...
Not only he was an expert marine life ecologist and author, he was a really kind and beautiful person. He touched so many people’s heart and his departure brought many to tears.
He was truly loved by all.
For many people Wade will be remembered for the love he gave to people, through his kindness and the value he placed on nature ... how to live with nature ... over and over ... so much knowledge and insight he has shared with us.
Sorry about my sad story today .... for I will miss Wade ... immeasurable..
We never know what will happen tomorrow ..
so that said ... Live life fully ... I will practice each day ...
