PILATES PAUSED
I’ve been avoiding this all day but I have made the decision to cancel classes for the time being.
I have emailed as many of my regular attendees with the update.

I will be providing more updates soon.

Good evening all

Just to ket you know I will be running classes as normal this week.

If you have your own mat then please bring this to class. Or a towel to cover the mat and block. I have disinfectant and a coveted hand gel! I’d just ask that you wash hands before and after the class.
