We got not just one but two, Bank Holiday Weekend Community Classes for you!

Come practice with us Easter Sunday 11am and Easter Monday at 11am. Celebrating the light returning, the gentle strong fertility of our Earth, our natural world's rebirth & renewal post winter. i.e. have survived the winter in the Northern Hemisphere! (And so has Jesus christ!?☺️)

We are back in Bearna Golf Club this weekend. We had a blast last month down here, and cant wait to be back!! If you missed it last month now is your chance!🫶🌼

This is gonna be a fun lil one next weekend.

Join us next Sunday 29th of March, post Community Yoga for our very first Community Kirtan! We can't wait to share this space with you.

There's going to be a lot of co-creation happening, so bring your voice (though you do not have to sing), an instrument or shaker if you wish, an open heart, and most importantly yourself, as you are!

For those new to the idea of Kirtan, it is a community space, a place to offer our devotion or prayer, sorrow or joy, all of our humam emoting up to the divine, whatever this means for you! It's a practice of Bhakti Yoga or devotion to God or all creation (not the man in the sky).

Too woo-woo for you? Then think of it as a fun singing circle with all of your friends where no one has to be good at singing!😅
All ages welcome. Grannies, kids, babies, middle age, old age. Everybody welcome. It's a Community Practice.

Join us for our first Community Kirtan on March 29th at 12pm (straight after Community yoga). You can join for both yoga & kirtan or just kirtan at 12pm. Both in Barna Golf Club.

Everyone is welcome to this space. Children too are welcome to join. Bring yourself, your voice (though no need to sing if you don't want), any shakers or instruments you might have and most importantly, an open heart.

Maybe this is all we need to really make it in the world. An occupation we love & a loving community of people around us?🫶💛 Though there are the tired days, I don't think really if given have the chance we'd change our job descriptions at all!

I'm gonna be real here guys, this week has been one of the most intense of 2025 (I'm still working off the old calender, internally at least!)

Almost zero emotional rest or calm except when teaching classes, and maybe asleep.. or chatting & crying with friends. Anybody else here feeling these last crazy few weeks of our snake skin year been shedded?
✨️
It's the most uncomfortable I've felt in a good 8+ years. No wise words yet but that when you stop people pleasing, people stop being pleased. And that is a f**ckn a hard pill to swallow for everyone, self included. So much more to write on this snake skin shed year, in time to come. Would love to hear your honest experiences too, at least some of it! How has last while been for you? What have you been shedding?

P.S. shout out to bro for bringing humour to the otherwise stark & dark. Also can you have a second mid-life crisis before 33?😂😂 maybe yea, just with more humour!?

True story. Create what does not already exist or pray to God Every Single Day to get things done.

really did call me crazy & later interviewed me for their prospectus. More on this later, but for now, just pray to God for what does not yet exist, creating strength for you to create it, though we may not know the path yet. Some call it manifestation, i spose.😉😜

So so cranky these last few days feeling the pressure of the world to be ready by Jan 1st,or 5th!😂
Secretly for the last 3 years I've been marking my New Year at home with me Papa with the Chinese calender. (maybe been doing that my whole life...) I didn't feel cranky before, just indifferent to our silly western calender (gregorian).

This year actually feeling angry about it. And having to remind myself that, it's OK not to be ready, we have a whole 2 more months to be ready in time for Spring.

So if like me, you feeling cranky, this may be why. You're physically just not ready. Also, we just stopped running around like a week ago, and now they expect us to be ready to go again!!??
