Last week, our Mandeville Start Clinic hosted a Stress Awareness Event focused on helping both staff and clients take a moment to reset and recharge. 💆💙

A big thank you to All American Medical for providing free massages, creating a relaxing experience for everyone who attended. And thank you to Healthy Blue or their generous support, which helped make our “Zen Bag” giveaways and refreshments possible.

Our Adolescent Life Skills Group helps teens ages 12–17 build confidence, strengthen communication, and learn how to navigate real-life situations in a positive, supportive environment.

Topics include goal setting, conflict resolution, decision-making, study skills, and preparing for college and career. These are skills they’ll carry with them long after the program ends. 💡
