Hey everyone,

I’m having one of those honest moments where I’m realizing I can’t keep up with multiple Facebook spaces in a way that feels real or aligned for me. Rather than stretching myself thin, I’m choosing to simplify and come back into one place where I can actually be present and connected.
I’ll be closing this page soon and shifting into my personal page, where I’ll be sharing more of what feels meaningful, alive, and true in my work and life.

Hello lovelies. I've taken the year off from supervising, teaching or any other offerings to renovate a home and retreat space.

I'm heading softly back into offerings with my dear friend James Martin. We'll be hosting free monthly meditations that incorporate somatic, nondual IFS, authentic relating, animism, mysticism and other wisdom traditions. I’ll also be offering some additional events at European friendly times so stay tuned

If you heart is longing for a soft place to land in these trying times, we welcome you to join us tonight, Monday 10/20 at 6:30 pm mountain time. For this event, it would be helpful to have a plant nearby or in view. The meditation portion will be recorded.

I've posted this many times, and it's always worth a re-post ... 🌿

It is a hard day to be a citizen of the US.I wonder if this is what it is like to feel like the family member of a mass ...

It is a hard day to be a citizen of the US.
I wonder if this is what it is like to feel like the family member of a mass shooter.
To love the country that is the root of so much harm.
and to feel the burden of a kind of responsibility in this connection.
But,
I could not stop this,
It was always bigger than me.

I feel my smallness now.
I know it will not serve me to stay small forever.
But,
I am old.
I don’t have the stamina of my 20-year-old-self.
And I am afraid,
for myself and my future,
for my darker skinned family,
for this amazing, beautiful planet
and all its innocent creatures
which will sure surely suffer the consequences of this outcome
as it always has.
But this…
I cannot yet entirely wrap my head around this.
How have we consented to this?

But wrap my head around it I must.
This, this first step.
To grieve, to howl,
and then, to accept the reality of what is.

I want to apologize to the world.
To the rivers and the trees.
and the animals,
to all the others who will suffer from this,
It was not my choice and yet…
The Hoʻoponopono plays over in my head:
